All new members should register under the “The Base Athlete” membership.

If you are an IFHCK athlete, you should register under the '“IFHCK Field Hockey” membership.

If you have questions about memberships, contact us prior to signing up.

For the first athlete in your family, you will register them under a normal membership.

For all additional athletes, you will register each one under the “Family Member Addition” membership for $130/each added athlete.

Monthly memberships cover three weekly sessions. Trainers will communicate any additional sessions or session changes.

For optimal results and performance outcomes, we recommend attending three weekly sessions. The training programs are structured so that the sessions build off of one another.

Upon registration, Base Performance will communicate session times for athletes. If you are unable to make your designated group time, there is flexibility to join other group sessions. Please reach out to our trainers directly to organize group placement.

Recurring payments will happen on the specific date you register on. If you registered on the 12th of a certain month, your billing cycle will renew on the 12th of every month.

In order to pause your membership, please reach out to us directly. We will go into the system and make sure it gets paused before the next billing cycle.

If you pause your membership within 15 days of your next billing cycle, and then choose to cancel, you will be charged one last time per the 15 day cancellation policy. If you pause before the 15 day period, and then choose to cancel, you will not be charged again.

In order to cancel your membership, please reach out to us directly.

Base Performance has a 15 day cancellation policy (as stated in your membership agreement when registering). If you cancel your membership within 15 days of your next billing cycle, you will be charged one last time. You will be able to attend sessions until the end of your final payment period.
